- Aggregate Batching System, including all conveyers
- Gantry and Chain Conveyer System
- Hydraulic System
- Electrical Panel and cabling
Transport Complete Plant to PJR Engineering Central Workshop Facility
Complete Brick Plant Refurbishment
- Strip, sand blast
- Complete repairs and maintenance to VB4 brick machine
- Complete repairs and maintenance to P1500 mixing machine
- Complete repairs and maintenance to all conveyers, gantry and other components
- Spray paint entire plant
Manufacture, Supply and Installation of:
- 3 x Aggregate bins
- Complete with pneumatic discharge gates
Relocate and Install Complete, Repaired and Maintained Brick Plant at New Site
- VB4 Brick Machine
- P1500 Mixing Machine
- Aggregate Batching System, including all conveyers
- Gantry and Chain Conveyer System
- Hydraulic System
- Electrical Panel and cabling
- 3 x PJR Engineering manufactured and supplied aggregate bins
- Commissioning
Successes and outstanding service during the course of this project have lead to PJR Engineering being invited to partner with Rand Bricks in the relocation of a second brick plant.
